• Hospice Unit at Waldo County Hospital
• Long-term care facility

We encourage early referral so we can:
• Aggressively treat pain & other symptoms
• Help clients, families, & children feel comfortable with the process of dying
• Provide around the clock on-call services
• Provide Home Health Aids
• Provide emotional & spiritual support to patients & families
• Connect the patient & family with Hospice Volunteers
• Provide medications & medical equipment,often including emergency comfort packs
